Life Stones are smooth, hand-polished gemstones carved from a single piece of crystal in the shape of an Oloid. An Oloid is a single solid geometric shape consisting of two interlocking perpendicular circles with the middle of the one at the edge of the other. It is a strong and interesting shape which symbolises the solidarity and interconnectedness of all life - it is believed that many of life's questions can be answered while meditating with a Life Stone. Life Stones are also beneficial for use in Reflexology and Crystal Massage as they fit comfortably in the palm whilst gently massaging the reflex zones.
