Our Relaxing Eye Pillows are made up of a silk and polyester pillow-case filled with linseed plus Lavender & Geranium essential oils - specially formulated for a relaxing experience.

Place your eye pillow inside the resealable plastic bag provided and place it in the freezer for an hour or so. When the bag is cool (not frozen!) take it out of the freezer, remove it from the plastic bag and place the pillow across the eyes. The relaxing weight of the linseed gently presses against your eyes and forehead releasing tensions in the body and refreshing the eyes.
