All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling, as stated at the foot of each page, and all orders are processed in GB Pounds Sterling. Astral Aspects does not accept liability for non-UK customers assuming that prices are shown in any currency other than GB Pounds Sterling. A link to a currency converter is shown at the foot of each page for such customers, so they can convert the value of their order to their own currency. Non-UK/EU customers should read the Customs & Excise notice prior to placing an order. We are not VAT registered, therefore prices shown do not include VAT, nor is VAT added at the checkout.

We do not supply to the wholesale trade, party-planners nor e-bayers and we cannot offer bulk terms/discounts.

All orders are despatched by ourselves - we do not use third parties to send orders out on our behalf.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays, public holidays and bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day, except for Special Order items, marked 'usually dispatched within 3-4 working days'. If there is a delay greater than this we will email you to let you know. In all cases, your card will be debited when your order is processed so that the items can be reserved for you.

At our discretion, Astral Aspects will offer regular repeat customers a Customer Loyalty Discount. Customer Loyalty Discounts where offered will expire after 9 months if no further orders are placed.

Placing an order constitutes a contract of sale - we do not send items out on approval.

This is the quickest and most secure way to place your order. We accept the following cards: MasterCard, MasterCard World Signia, MasterCard New World, Solo, Switch, UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Signature (US Issued), Visa Debit, Visa Delta, and Visa Electron.

- Just click the 'order' button on a product page to place the item in your shopping basket
- When you are ready to complete your order, click the 'checkout' button at top right of the screen
- You will then be in the secure area of the checkout, where you should follow the instructions for completing your purchase
Your card will be debited shortly after you have completed your order so that the items can be reserved for you

CASH - GB Pounds Sterling only, no coins
N.B. This method is entirely at your own risk!
- Download and print our Order Form
- Fill in with the products you require and post to us at the address shown on the order form
- Ensure your GB Pounds Sterling notes (not coins) are well wrapped so as to give no indication that money is inside the envelope
- This must be sent to us by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery only, as this service insures you if sending money through the post


We regret that we are no longer able to accept Cheques, Postals Orders or Bankers Drafts due to the high costs banks now charge to process cheques etc


Astral Aspects reserves the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline any order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit & debit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit/debit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit/debit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Cookies are used to track a shopper's movements and purchases whilst they are shopping so that the shopping basket has a way of telling what items they require. The shopping basket will not function if the user sets their browser to reject cookies.


Destinations Not Supported
Given the continued high level of attempted fraudulent orders from Nigeria, we are unable to accept orders to or from that country.
To prevent fraudulent purchases, we do not take orders from one country and ship to another.
