How to save your on-line report
The link to your online report will be e-mailed within 1-2 days of receipt of order.
Open your report online via the link in your confirmation email. Go to the 'File' Menu on your web browser and choose 'Save As…' Select the folder/directory on your computer where you would like to store your report and click the 'Save' button.

How to retrieve your saved report
Open your web browser. Go to the 'File' menu and select 'Open…' Click on 'Browse…' to search for the file you saved in the previous step. Open the folder/directory in which you saved your report, select your report (file ends in .htm) and click the 'Open' button.


Please ensure you add Astral Aspects to your email software 'whitelist' or 'approved' list so the email with the link to your on-line report is not blocked. There is nothing we can do if your email software blocks our emails and you cannot therefore download your report!
