All our products have photographs to illustrate them. If you cannot see these images, it is most likely that your computer settings are blocking them.

A common issue with both AOL's and BT's versions of Explorer is that these versions re-compress 'JPEG' images and tend to corrupt the files when uncompressing them.


You need to check your internet browser settings - so it allows images, image place holders and alt text to be seen.

In your internet browser menu select Tools then Internet Options.
Go to the Advanced tab (shown above)
Tick all the following options:
* Always expand ALT text for images
* Show image download place holders
* Show pictures

Then click OK. You may need to refresh the page or close and re-open your browser to make these changes take effect.


Alternatively it could be your firewall - we often find firewalls do this! So you should temporarily turn off your firewall and refresh. Don't forget to turn on your firewall again once you have finished browsing.


Items where you can click to see an enlarged image use 'pop-ups' for these bigger images. You therefore need to 'enable pop-ups' in your internet browser to see these. In your internet browser menu select Tools then Pop-up Blocker - select Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. Click OK. You may need to refresh the page or close and re-open your browser to make these changes take effect.
