- All items are physically in stock and ready for dispatch unless otherwise stated in the product description
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays, public holidays and bank holidays) are dispatched the same working day, except for Special Order items, marked 'usually dispatched within 4-5 working days'. If there is a delay greater than this we will email you to let you know
- In all cases, your card will be debited when your order is processed so that the items can be reserved for you
- All orders are dispatched by ourselves - we do not use third parties to send orders out on our behalf. Astral Aspects are not responsible for delays in delivery once your parcel has passed into the hands of Royal Mail
- Prices are in GB Pounds Sterling only. Astral Aspects does not accept liability for non-UK customers assuming that prices are shown in any currency other than GB Pounds Sterling. A link to a currency converter is shown at the foot of each page for such customers, so they can convert the value of their order to their own currency. Your own bank/credit card company will convert the value of your order from GB Pounds Sterling (as shown in your order confirmation email) to your own currency at the time the transaction is processed. Astral Aspects has no control over the currency conversion rate your bank/credit card company uses
- Non-UK/EU customers should read the Customs & Excise notice prior to placing an order
- We are not VAT registered, therefore prices shown do not include VAT, nor is VAT added at the checkout
- Product prices exclude P&P. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, which means we only charge you a flat rate fee per order for picking, packing and posting, regardless of the number of items you order or the weight of your parcel
- P&P charges are added at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address details
- The P&P charge shown includes processing your order, manual picking & packing, packaging costs as well as the actual postage fee, and is therefore a non-refundable service
- We regret that we are unable to mark parcels with 'leave in porch' (or similar instruction) due to possible theft

- ** Standard 1st Class and standard Air Mail Delivery are uninsured services and are therefore sent entirely at the customer's own risk. There is nothing we can do if a parcel sent by these methods does not arrive nor is returned back to us. Astral Aspects is not liable for non-delivery, loss, damage or theft in transit, nor for any consequential loss, damage or disappointment if Royal Mail do not deliver or fail to deliver within their published time scales. Refunds cannot be given nor replacement items sent in these circumstances. We therefore recommend you select a tracked/signed for delivery option at the checkout
- Given the continued high level of attempted fraudulent orders from Nigeria, we are unable to accept orders to or from that country
- To prevent fraudulent purchases, we do not take orders from one country and ship to a different person in another country
