All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling, as stated at the foot of each page. Astral Aspects does not accept liability for non-UK customers assuming that prices are shown in any currency other than GB Pounds Sterling. A link to a currency converter is also shown at the foot of each page for such customers, so they can convert the value of their order to their own currency. Your own bank/credit card company will convert the value of your order from GB Pounds Sterling (as shown in your order confirmation email) to your own currency at the time the transaction is processed. Astral Aspects has no control over the currency conversion rate your bank/credit card company uses. We are not VAT registered, therefore prices shown do not include VAT, nor is VAT added at the checkout.
All orders are dispatched by ourselves - we do not use third parties to send orders out on our behalf. Astral Aspects are not responsible for delays in delivery once your parcel has passed into the hands of the Royal Mail. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays, public holidays and bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day, except for Special Order items, marked 'usually dispatched within 2-3 working days'. If there is a delay greater than this we will email you to let you know. In all cases, your card will be debited when your order is processed so that the items can be reserved for you.
Postage and Packing
All product prices include gift boxes/pouches but exclude delivery. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, which means we only charge you a flat rate fee for picking, packing and delivery regardless of the number of items you order or the weight of your parcel. Flat rate charges are shown in the table below. Delivery charges are added at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address details. All prices are in GP Pounds Sterling.
The delivery charges shown include processing your order, manual picking & packing, packaging costs as well as the actual postage fee, and are therefore non-refundable.
We regret that we are unable to mark parcels with 'leave in porch' (or similar instruction) due to possible theft.

Non-Delivery
If Signed For Delivery items cannot be delivered to the customer, are not collected from their local post office and therefore returned to us, the items will be returned into stock and a refund will be given less delivery. In these circumstances if the customer requires re-delivery they should re-order the items.
Items sent by 1st Class Not Insured Mail and Standard Air Mail are at the customer's own risk - Astral Aspects is not liable for loss, damage or theft in transit. Refunds cannot be given nor replacement items sent in these circumstances. Therefore we strongly recommend that customers use a 'Signed For' delivery, which is the default option at the checkout.
