- All items are physically in stock and ready for dispatch unless otherwise stated in the product description
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays, public holidays and bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
- In all cases, your card will be debited when your order is processed so that the items can be reserved for you
- All orders are dispatched by ourselves - we do not use third parties to send orders out on our behalf. Astral Aspects are not responsible for delivery once your parcel has passed into the hands of Royal Mail
- We are not VAT registered, therefore prices shown do not include VAT, nor is VAT added at the checkout
- Product prices exclude delivery. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, which means we only charge you a flat rate fee per order for picking, packing and posting, regardless of the number of items you order or the weight of your parcel
- Delivery charges are added at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address details
- The delivery charge shown includes processing your order, manual picking & packing, packaging costs as well as the actual postage fee, and is therefore a non-refundable service
- We will not mark parcels with 'leave in porch/bin' (or similar instruction) due to possible theft
- ** UK Standard and Priority Delivery are uninsured services and items are therefore sent entirely at the customer's own risk. There is nothing we can do if a parcel sent by this method does not arrive nor is returned back to us. Astral Aspects is not liable for non-delivery, loss, damage or theft in transit, nor for any consequential loss, damage or disappointment if Royal Mail do not deliver or fail to deliver within their published time scales. Refunds cannot be given nor replacement items sent in these circumstances. We therefore recommend you select the tracked/signed for delivery option at the checkout
- ## UK Standard and Priority Delivery are not date-guaranteed services. If your order is urgent or required by a particular date, please choose Express/Next Day Delivery, which is a date-guaranteed service
