Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (Regulation 11, point 2), customers have the right to return an item within 7 days for a refund (or exchange/credit note if preferred). - Email us at the email address on your delivery note, marking the subject of your email 'Return - right to cancel', to request a return and either a refund, exchange or credit note. Please include your name, address and order number in the email
- We will email you returns instructions, a return-by date and an Authorised Returns Number - please do not return any items until you have received these
- Items must be received by us, by the return date, in the same condition as when they were received by the customer in order for a refund to be given. Refunds will be made following satisfactory inspection of the item/s
- Return adequate postage is the responsibility of the customer/sender not Astral Aspects. If the sender does not affix sufficient postage to the return package resulting in Astral Aspects having to pay a Royal Mail surcharge in order to retrieve the returned items, Astral Aspects reserves the right to deduct this surcharge from the refund
- The following items are excluded from this policy:-
- Earrings and bath products, in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations
- Made-to-order Biorhythms Charts
- Gift Vouchers
- Special Order items outside of our current in-stock range that are ordered especially for you (i.e. all items marked 'Special order' and/or beginning with the code 'SPO_')
- Clearance items (i.e. all items marked 'Clearance', Sale', 'Seconds' and/or beginning with the code 'CLR_')
- Cellophane shrink-wrapped/security sealed items where the cellophane shrink-wrapping/security seal has been opened
- Our Gift-Wrapping Service is non-refundable
- You are deemed to have legally accepted your items by keeping them, after you've had a reasonable time to examine them (i.e without returning the item/s within 30 days of the order date). We have no control over what customers do with items or how they treat them once received, therefore a refund/exchange of goods cannot be
made after 30 days
Refunds where due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment usually within 14 working days of safe receipt and inspection of the item/s. Credit notes, where issued, are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any shortages or problems with your order must be notified to us by email within 24 hours of receipt.
Non-Delivery
If items cannot be delivered by the relevant postal services to the customer, are not collected from their local post office and therefore returned to us, the items will be returned into stock and a credit note will be issued, less the original packing and delivery charge. In these circumstances the customer should re-order the items.
Items sent by ordinary 1st Class Post and Standard Air Mail are at the customer's own risk - Astral Aspects is not liable for loss, damage or theft in transit and refunds will not be given nor replacement items sent in these circumstances. Therefore we strongly recommend that customers choose a Signed For delivery service at the checkout.
Limit of Liability
Although the products sold on AstralAspects.biz would be considered harmless by most people, we have no control over what you do with them or how you use them once you receive them. We therefore hereby specifically disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury or other negative consequence in whatever form, howsoever caused, which arises from the use (or indirect use) of any product advertised on, or supplied via the AstralAspects.biz website. Furthermore, no guarantee can be, nor is given, with regard to any spiritual or metaphysical qualities for any of the products we supply.
