RETURNS

All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling, as stated at the foot of each page. Astral Aspects does not accept liability for non-UK customers assuming that prices are shown in any currency other than GB Pounds Sterling. A link to a currency converter is also shown at the foot of each page for such customers, so they can convert the value of their order to their own currency. We are not VAT registered, therefore prices shown do not include VAT, nor is VAT added at the checkout. Refunds, where given, are made to the original card used within 30 days of safe receipt of items.


Returns Procedure
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (Regulation 11, point 2), customers have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date of the order for any reason and return the items to receive a refund or exchange of the goods, less the original packing and delivery charge.   • Please email us at the email address on your delivery note (marking the subject of your email 'Return') within 14 days of the purchase date to request a return and exchange/refund/credit note. Include your name, address, order number and reason for the return
  • We will email you returns instructions and an Authorised Returns Number which must be included with the returned item/s along with the original Sales Receipt as proof of purchase
  • Please do not return any items until you have received returns instructions and your Authorised Returns Number - returns will not be accepted without an Authorised Returns Number
  • Returned item/s must be unused, unworn, in pristine condition and in the original packaging - items which have clearly been worn (e.g. smell of smoke, perfume or show signs of wear and tear) will be sent back to the customer at their own cost
  • Please note that we do not sell items 'on approval'
  • If a partial return takes your original order below the free delivery level, a delivery charge will be levied on the retained items
  • Exceptions to your right to cancel are listed below under 'Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items'
  • You are deemed to have legally accepted your items by keeping them, after you've had a reasonable time to examine them (i.e without notifying us of any fault within 30 days of the purchase date). We have no control over what customers do with items or how they treat them once received, therefore a refund/exchange of goods cannot be considered after this 30-day period

Wrong Item/s Ordered by the Customer
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake you may return the incorrect item and a credit note for the item/s less original delivery will be issued. Under these circumstances ...
  • Please email us at the email address on your delivery note (marking the subject of your email 'Return') within 48 hours of receipt to request a return and exchange. Include your name, address, order number and description of the fault in the email
  • We will email you returns instructions and an Authorised Returns Number, which must be included with the returned item/s along with the original Sales Receipt as proof of purchase
  • Please do not return any items until you have received returns instructions and your Authorised Returns Number - returns will not be accepted without an Authorised Returns Number

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that any of your items prove to be faulty or damaged in the post we will replace the damaged item with a new one. Under these circumstances ...

  • Returned items which are found not to be faulty will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. Astral Aspects decision is final
  • Exceptions are listed below under 'Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items'

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Exceptions to our Returns Policy are as follows:-
  • Under no circumstances are we able to accept the return of or give refunds for earrings, in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations
  • The following made-to-order items cannot be returned nor a refund given - Astrological Reports, Biorhythms Charts, Tarot Reading Reports, Tarot Magick Spells
  • Special Order items (i.e. all items marked 'Special order' and/or beginning with the code 'SPO_') may only be returned if faulty
  • Clearance items (i.e. all items marked 'Clearance', Sale' and/or beginning with the code 'CLR_') may only be returned if faulty - excluding items sold as 'Seconds'
  • Items which are cellophane shrink-wrapped/security sealed may only be returned if the cellophane shrink- wrapping/security seal is intact

Non-Delivery
If items cannot be delivered by the relevant postal services to the customer, are not collected from their local post office and therefore returned to us, the items will be returned into stock and a credit note will be issued, less the original packing and delivery charge. In these circumstances the customer should re-order the items.

Items sent by ordinary UK 1st Class post and standard Air Mail are at the customer's own risk - Astral Aspects is not liable for loss, damage or theft in transit and refunds will not be given nor replacement items sent in these circumstances. Therefore we strongly recommend that customers choose a Signed For delivery service, which is the default option at the checkout.


Limit of Liability
Although the products sold on AstralAspects.biz would be considered harmless by most people, we have no control over what you do with them or how you use them once you receive them. We therefore hereby specifically disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury or other negative consequence in whatever form, howsoever caused, which arises from the use (or indirect use) of any product advertised on, or supplied via the AstralAspects.biz website. Furthermore, no guarantee can be, nor is given, with regard to any spiritual or metaphysical qualities for any of the products we supply.

By purchasing from Astral Aspects you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale.


Christmas 2008 Returns Policy
If you are purchasing an item as a Christmas present for someone else, it may be returned to us for exchange for another item of equivalent value, under the following terms:
  • You must email us at the email address shown on your delivery note by Wednesday 7th January 2009 to request a return and exchange
  • You will be given a returns code which should be included with the returned item/s along with the Sales Receipt as proof of purchase
  • The item/s must be returned to us by Friday 16th January 2009, unused and unworn and in the original packaging
  • Please note that if items are returned, any free gifts you have received must also be returned or you will not receive an exchange.
  • If item/s are damaged on their return to us due to the original and sufficient packaging not being used, an exchange cannot be made
  • All returned items must be sent by a registered/recorded method
  • Items which are cellophane shrink-wrapped will only be exchanged if the cellophane wrapping is intact once returned. If the cellophane shrink-wrapping has been torn or removed, the item will be sent back to the customer and no exchange entertained
  • Astrological Reports, Tarot Readings, Biorhythm Charts, Tarot Spells, Earrings, Clearance Sale items and Special Order items (i.e. all items marked 'Special order' and beginning with the code 'SPO_') are excluded from this Christmas Returns Policy
