All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling, as stated at the foot of each page. Astral Aspects does not accept liability for non-UK customers assuming that prices are shown in any currency other than GB Pounds Sterling. A link to a currency converter is also shown at the foot of each page for such customers, so they can convert the value of their order to their own currency.


In all cases, you must Contact Us for return instructions and authorisation prior to returning any goods as we cannot accept unauthorised returns. You will be given a returns code which should be included with the returned item. Astral Aspects do not accept liability if returned items are lost in the post on their way back to us and cannot therefore issue a refund/exchange in those circumstances, therefore we request you send any returns by a traceable postal method. Where a refund is given, it will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned item/s and will be refunded to the original card used. Please note that if items are returned, any free gifts you have received must also be returned or you will not receive your refund.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Under no circumstances are we able to accept the return of or give refunds for earrings, in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
The following made-to-order items cannot be returned nor a refund given - Astrological Reports, Tarot Reading Reports, Tarot Magick Spells.
The following cellophane shrink-wrapped items may only be returned if the shrink-wrapping is intact - Tarot Cards, Oracle & Divination Cards, Music CDs, Mini-Kits.


Right to Cancel
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (Regulation 11, point 2), customers have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date of the order for any reason and return the items to receive a refund or exchange of the goods, less the original packing and delivery charge. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition. A refund will not be given if the items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the items will be returned to you. Under no circumstances are we able to accept the return of or give refunds for earrings, in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. Due to the unique nature of our Astrological and Tarot Reading reports and the fact that each report is individually analysed and written, refunds cannot given under any circumstances for those items. Rings that have been ordered in a specific size may be exchanged for a different size but will incur an additional postage & packing charge for this service.


Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that any item prove faulty or be damaged in transit, please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt and we will give you instructions on how to return the faulty item. Items of jewellery sent by Recorded Delivery in the UK are NOT insured against loss/damage in transit, so we strongly recommend you choose Express Delivery (sent by Next Day Special Delivery) which does cover jewellery. Items which have been worn or used will not be replaced unless it is clear that there has been a manufacturing fault. Items which are cellophane shrink-wrapped may only be returned if the cellophane wrapping is intact. If the cellophane shrink-wrapping has been torn or removed, the item will be sent back to the customer and no refund given. Items should be returned within 14 days of notification, returns sent after this time will not be accepted. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Astral Aspects will arrange for an exchange. Astral Aspects decision is final.


Acceptance of Goods
You are deemed to have legally accepted your items by keeping them, after you've had a reasonable time to examine them (i.e without notifying us of any fault within 30 days of the purchase date). Refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date cannot therefore be considered. Further information on your rights as an internet consumer can be seen at Consumer Direct.


Non-Delivery
If Recorded Delivery items within the UK and International Signed For Delivery items outside of the UK cannot be delivered to the customer, are not collected from their local post office and therefore returned to us, the items will be returned into stock and a refund will be given, less the original packing and delivery charge. In these circumstances if the customer requires re-delivery they should re-order the items.

Items sent by Standard Air Mail (Not Insured) are at the customer's own risk - Astral Aspects is not liable for loss, damage or theft in transit. No refunds can be given nor replacement items sent in these circumstances. Therefore we strongly recommend that non-UK customers choose International Signed For delivery, which is the default option at the checkout.


Limit of Liability
Although the products sold on AstralAspects.biz would be considered harmless by most people, we have no control over what you do with them or how you use them once you receive them. We therefore hereby specifically disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury or other negative consequence in whatever form, howsoever caused, which arises from the use (or indirect use) of any product advertised on, or supplied via the AstralAspects.biz website. Furthermore, no guarantee can be, nor is given, with regard to any spiritual or metaphysical qualities for any of the products we supply.

By purchasing from Astral Aspects you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale.


Christmas 2007 Returns Policy
If you are purchasing an item as a Christmas present for someone else, it may be returned to us for exchange for another item of equivalent value, under the following terms:

• You must contact us by Tuesday 8th January 2008 to request a return and exchange
• You will be given a returns code which should be included with the returned item/s along with the Sales Receipt as proof of purchase
• The item/s must be returned to us by Tuesday 22nd January 2008, unused and unworn and in the original packaging
• Please note that if items are returned, any free gifts you have received must also be returned or you will not receive an exchange.
• If item/s are damaged on their return to us due to the original and sufficient packaging not being used, an exchange cannot be made
• All returned items must be sent by a registered/recorded method
• Items which are cellophane shrink-wrapped will only be exchanged if the cellophane wrapping is intact once returned. If the cellophane shrink-wrapping has been torn or removed, the item will be sent back to the customer and no exchange entertained
• Astrological Reports, Tarot Readings, Tarot Spells, Earrings and Clearance Sale items are excluded from this Christmas Returns Policy
