What to do if you think your parcel is lost
Recorded Delivery [UK Customers]
For First Class Recorded Delivery items Royal Mail state that you should wait 15 working days (excl Saturdays & Sundays, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) since the parcel was posted before the item is regarded as lost. This is to allow time for Royal Mail to deliver it to you or to return it to us if they cannot deliver for whatever reason. If you requested delivery to your work address, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it - please check.
If you have still not received your parcel (and it has not been returned to us) after 15 working days since it was posted, please email us so that we can make a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and either refund your card or send replacement items. In the meantime you should contact your local postal depot with your parcel reference number to see if they are holding the parcel (the postman may have forgotten to leave a card, it has been known!).
